We provide a flashcard creation feature that allows you to create Q & A flashcards by pasting texts or uploading/taking photos.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
Usage Restrictions
- You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.
User-Generated Content
Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the text and photos you upload.
Data Processing
Text data you input or that is recognized from photos will be sent to OpenAI for flashcard creation.
Privacy Policy
Your use of ProLingo App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Advertisement
We use Google AdMob for advertisements within the app. You agree that ads may be displayed as part of the service.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
